The fact is, that if I hated you, I’d maybe be nice to you once in a while. But would I maintain this? NO!

Would I enjoy being nice to you if I hated you? NO!

Same thing with your body – if you LIKED your body, where it was right now, you’d be committed to yourself, your workout, and

your healthy foods, for the rest of your life.

So the question becomes…
