3 month & 6 week programs. In-person training sessions: personal training, yoga, & Pilates in Gold Coast, Streeterville, West Loop, River North, Bucktown, and Lincoln Park. - 3 months of in-home workouts & phone coaching
- 3 private in-home training sessions per week
- Private in-home, customized and personalized training. (Personal training, yoga, pilates and combos of whatever you’d like.)
- 1 phone coaching session per week
- Unlimited email access
- Complete food and exercise planning
- Integration of health and fitness uniquely into your current lifestyle
- Relaxation, confidence building, and maintenance techniques
