If you have tight hips, get muscle cramps, or just feel tight, try this beginner quad stretch first. If you’d like to feel more of a stretch, you can move on to the King Arthur quad stretch against a wall.
You can stretch your quads in yoga, too, and you can kneel on a yoga mat to stretch your quads by reaching back and holding onto your foot instead of using the wall.
