TODAY SHOW: How to perform the ‘world’s greatest stretch’

Stretching is so important before and after a workout. The ‘world’s greatest’ stretch is a combination of two different stretches that helps stretch both the upper body and the lower body. The stretch is essentially a deep lunge and a twist, while doing a hamstring stretch. The stretch is also very beneficial for the body because it can relieve stress and pain from parts of the body.

Many people perform this stretch incorrectly, so I give advice on the common mistakes people make when doing this stretch and how to do it correctly. I offer a modified ‘world’s greatest stretch’ before going into the standard stretch. I also offer some exercises you can try out that will help you with the ‘world’s greatest stretch’. If you are looking for a stretch before your workout that helps stretch the whole body, you should definitely give this one a try!

Traditional crunches are often incorporated into daily workout routines, but it is often done incorrectly which can cause injuries. The Pilates crunch, a very similar move, is a much slower move and focuses more on the form of the body. It is beneficial for the body in many ways such as combining flexibility training and strength training of the core in one move.

People make many common mistakes when they do the Pilates crunch, so I give advice and tips on how to do it correctly. I offer a way to do a modified Pilates crunch before getting into the more standard version. I also offer exercises that will help you master the Pilates crunch. If you are thinking of adding a new move into your daily exercise routine, the Pilates crunch is definitely one that you should try!

Many people find burpees extremely challenging because it combines a whole set of workout moves, including push-ups, squats, and planks. Burpees allow you to work out many different parts of your body and build more strength. Burpees are also beneficial for improving your blood flow and it’s a great high-intensity cardio move to try!

Burpees consist of a series of different workout moves, so they can often be done incorrectly. I offer a way to do a modified burpee to make the transition to an actual burpee easier. I also offer how to perform the burpee correctly and exercises that will help you perform the burpee better.
