A 5-Minute Pilates Workout To Do From Your Couch (As Seen On The Today Show Online)

With social distancing and working remotely becoming the new norm for millions of women, it’s important to find effective at-home workouts. One of my favorite at-home workouts to recommend for my private weight loss clients is a 5-minute routine to help work the legs and glutes. This workout is fantastic for women at home and doesn’t require any equipment!

Being a certified Pilates instructor I have found that doing a workout on a couch can be even more difficult than doing a workout on a flat surface! Your body may sink into the couch a little, making it that much harder to maintain your form. As a bonus, your couch may be in front of a TV which you can watch while you workout. If you aren’t into watching TV while working out you can also do this with a Podcast or even while you listen in to a conference call!
