Working out at home can be very convenient if you’ve got the proper home gym equipment. If you’re used to working out in a traditional gym, you may not have the basic home gym items many home workouts require. Luckily, you may have home essentials that can double as workout equipment! 

To do a basic arm workout you need dumbbells. If you don’t have dumbbells, you can substitute them for a gallon of milk, laundry detergent, or even jugs of water. It’s recommended to use items that weigh between 3 to 8 pounds, even if you’re using traditional dumbbells.
