Slimming down for Summer doesn’t have to take hours a day – you can take 5 minutes of your day to go outside and do lunges! 

Lunges are a common exercise because of how easily they can fit into anyones schedule. They require little space, little equipment, and even little time! A win all around. While stepping outside to do lunges in the fresh may be ideal, if this doesn’t fit into your schedule you can even do these from a hotel room. I always recommend my private weight loss clients take five minutes a day to get their bodies moving doing exercises like lunges and take that time for themselves.
