Bubbles and Biceps – My Motivational Series On Instagram Live (As Seen On IGTV) 

Social distancing and the way it completely changed my daily routine motivated me to launch a new Instagram Live and IGTV series – Bubbles and Biceps!

Bubbles and Biceps started as Fizz and Motivation, which was a way for me to help reach women and show them that mental health isn’t optional. I started this series on Instagram live and have added four episodes to it! 

The first episode was about improving your mood and motivation. I shared my favorite tips and tricks to help lift your spirits during the quarantine. 

The second episode was about reaching your fitness goals during a time of not being able to go to the gym. Changing your mindset changes the way you work out while at home. 

The third episode was my personal favorite because my sister, Jennifer, joined me. She joined me to share how she managed to lose eight pounds in four weeks while social distancing and working out at home! 

The fourth episode was also about motivating yourself to work out during quarantine. One of the biggest things I realized was that working out during quarantine made it me less likely to workout! Once I cut out ordering takeout, I was so much more motivated to make the most of my time in quarantine.
