One simple tip I give my private weight loss clients is to track what they’re eating and doing for weight loss. In the future, this helps them to look back and see what had the most impact on their bodies. I also encourage them to meal prep! When you meal prep, you’re essentially ensuring you’ll stick to your food plan. If you’re planning on going to a party or an event where you may indulge and have a cocktail or some sweets, having your dinner already meal prepped helps to ensure you’ll still be getting all the vitamins and nutrients you need. So instead of skipping out on the healthy food you have already prepared, you’ll be eating this in addition to the food you’re indulging yourself in.
