One of the latest workout crazes are bootcamps – they’re everywhere! Unfortunately, many busy women don’t have the time to attend these bootcamps, which is why I came up with this plan to make your own. 


Designing your own bootcamp is a fantastic option for a woman on the go. You can do the workouts on your own time without a schedule! Another reason to consider designing your own bootcamp is so you don’t have to use any equipment. This flexibility is why so many of my private weight loss clients love creating their own bootcamps – they can be done from the comfort of their own living room or from their office!
