If you’re like many of my private weight loss clients, you may find yourself crunched for time. Taking the time to choose yourself and set time aside from your busy day to go to the gym or exercise may seem inconvenient, but everyone has to make the time to sleep! While the weight loss doesn’t come from burning calories while you are asleep, sleeping can help encourage the body to not hold on to fat due to the natural circadian rhythms. When you interrupt the natural circadian rhythms, that’s when your body will be more inclined to hold onto fat.
