We’re over halfway through the year, so it’s a perfect time to re-asses your health and fitness goals! 

Often times we make a New Year resolution and it fades away within a month or two. Now that we’re more than halfway to 2020 it’s time to take a step back and think about where we want to be when the New Year rolls around. Deciding what you want your year to focus on can be difficult when it’s dreary outside! That’s why I look at the Summer as a perfect time to take a step back and asses where you are and where you want to be.
