Spending long hours at your desk can help you breeze through your to-do list, but doesn’t help your body in the long run! 

 

If you’re like most people, you spend long spans of time sitting at a desk and focusing. While it’s great you’re getting things done, you might be hurting your body in the long run. In actuality, sitting still for a long period of time can lead to side effects like aches and pains as well as added stress on the body.
