One thing that we both agree on is the importance of not burning yourself out with workouts during quarantine. As a health and fitness coach, I have to admit that even I felt a little burned out at the beginning! I had the mentality that my time at home would be used to do 4 workouts a day and I was quickly overwhelmed and found myself not wanting to exercise.
