Incorporating More Plant-Based Protein and The Best Ways To Workout During Quarantine (As Seen On IGTV) 

Quarantine life has impacted almost everyone in some form or another, so I decided to team up with some of my Chicago-based experts to share some of our favorite topics on Instagram Live. During this video I was joined with Sarah from The Balanced Babe. 

Sarah is an expert at helping women live a healthy lifestyle and was an amazing guest to have Sarah focuses on on plant-based recipes that can be enjoyed by everyone – not just those who are vegetarians. Her recipes stand out in my opinion because they can give you energy. Being someone who struggled to stick with a diet where I only ate vegetables, I absolutely love her recipes! 

One thing that we both agree on is the importance of not burning yourself out with workouts during quarantine. As a health and fitness coach, I have to admit that even I felt a little burned out at the beginning! I had the mentality that my time at home would be used to do 4 workouts a day and I was quickly overwhelmed and found myself not wanting to exercise.
