Jogging for Weight Loss (As Seen On Map My Run)

In a world where obesity is increasingly common and weight loss remedies are advertised anywhere, it’s difficult to know which programs or exercises will work best. Recent studies have shown, however, that one of the best exercises to combat obesity is jogging. 

Jogging and running are exercises I always recommend to my private weight loss clients, no matter if they are new to exercising or fitness pros. These exercises hold many benefits when it comes to burning calories and getting your heart rate up, but can generally be done by anyone in any geographic location. Running and jogging are also fantastic ways to make sure you aren’t burnt out when it comes to exercising – you never know who or what you’ll see when you go for a jog!
