Suffering from back pain can be one of the most miserable feelings. As someone who has suffered from back pain myself, I know how helpless it can make you feel. Pilates exercises were the exercises that were able to make my back pain ease by helping to strengthen my core. One reason I always suggest Pilates exercises to my private weight loss clients is that all you need to do them is a soft surface such as a carpet or yoga mat if you have one laying around.
