When you push yourself in a workout, it’s normal to experience some discomfort. It’s not normal to experience sharp shooting pains during a workout. Even if working out is a priority for you, it’s important to remember that your body also needs rest. The objective when you work out is to have a healthier body and mind, which can’t happen if you’re over pushing yourself.
