We all know exercise is an important part of your day – but were you aware it could actually help prevent you from getting COVID-19? While exercise itself doesn’t prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, it does help to strengthen your immune system which can help fight off infection.
Working remotely from home can easily make you forget about the importance of good posture while you’re working. It’s easy to fall into the habit of working from your couch or your bed even though we know this isn’t great for our bodies. We may also find ourselves sitting down for much longer periods of time! Without the push to physically go to work you may find yourself in the same place for most of the day.
One great way to help you focus on yourself and your wellbeing is to periodically do some stretches. Stretching can help you open up your body while also relieving some of the tension you may have in your back, neck, and shoulders.
