Strengthening your back isn’t always an exercise that is prioritized when it comes to fitness. There is always an emphasis on the legs and arms, but rarely is an emphasis placed on the back.

Making sure that your back is strong can help improve your day to day life. Strengthening the back can help improve your posture, as well as relieving shoulder or arm pains you may have. With so many amazing benefits, it’s important to make sure that you don’t overlook the back! I always love doing back exercises because you can do them from anywhere – even your couch.
