The Best Way To Tone Your Arms With A Cable Machine (As Seen in the Chicago Sun Times)

For many of my private weight loss clients, achieving the look of toned arms is very important. Whether they want to look great in dresses or even just work on their strength, the cable machine is a great option. 

While using a cable machine may seem overwhelming at first, you’ll quickly find that it’s a great option for a variety of reasons. For my clients who want to work on the appearance of their arms, I always recommend the cable machine because of how easily they will be able to tone their arms. While a resistance band is also a great option, the cable machine is able to help the resistance will stay within the movement of the exercise.

The Best Way to Work Your Back and Chest on the Cable Machine (As Seen in the Chicago Sun Times)

A cable machine is a fantastic way to give yourself a full body workout. It’s also a great way to strengthen your back and chest muscles, which are essential in your day to day life. 

One of the reasons I always recommend my private weight loss clients to use a cable machine to help strengthen their chest and back muscles is because of how much more comfortable it can make workouts. The common way to strengthen your chest muscles is by doing pushups – which aren’t always a fan favorite in comparison to other workouts. If you hate getting on the ground to exercise or even just have bad knees, the cable workout will be much more favorable for you.
