Inner Thigh Workout with Pilates Ring (As Seen in the Chicago Sun Times)

Some of my favorite workouts to share with my private weight loss clients are the ones that they can do from home. Not everyone has the time to spend an hour at the gym everyday, and that’s okay. 

Pilates workouts are some of the most popular workouts at the moment. If you have a Pilates ring, you can actually do your own Pilates workout from your living room! These rings are relatively inexpensive and can help you do entire core workouts from the privacy of your own home. These rings can help you to work a variety of areas on your body, depending on the placement. This is especially true for your inner thighs.

Best Inner Thigh Exercises (As Seen on NBC News Better)

Toning up your inner thighs doesn’t just get rid of the “jiggle” many people are self-conscious about, it also can help to strengthen your core and reduce the risk of injury! Targeting this area through cardio can help the performance of your body overall. 

Another added benefit of targeting your inner thighs with cardio workouts is that you’re working to prevent damage to the knee and hip. Dr. Steven Struhl, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital, even notes that toning the inner thighs is essential to create a strong core.
