Starting any workout plan can be scary, especially when you’re creating your own workout! It doesn’t have to seem so overwhelming though. 

As a personal fitness trainer I love creating workout plans for my clients. It’s one of my favorite parts of my job! When I create custom workout plans I always make sure that the exercises I’m planning for them are well rounded. I incorporate a mix of different types of exercise such as yoga, pilates, and cardio!
