Full Body Partner Workout (As Seen on Successible Life)

One of my favorite ways to enjoy my workouts and stay more engaged with them is to do exercises that allow me to have a partner! Working with a partner can also help you to become more committed to your fitness as well as to motivate you to push harder. 

When you workout with a partner, whether it’s with a friend or a trainer, you’re able to hold each other more accountable during the workout. I created a full body workout to do with a partner for Successible Life that includes moves that you and your partner will have fun doing! Partner Workout: Pilates Half Roll Down with Jenny Milkowski

Ready for a fun Pilates move that’ll whip you into shape? We thought so! Weight Loss Coach and Fitness Expert Stephanie Mansour teams up with TV Personality Jenny Milkowski to show you an exercise that serves double-duty by challenging both your core muscles and your shoulders.

All you need for this awesome workout is a buddy and a light pair of dumbbells. Okay, and a good attitude is optional, but highly recommended!

Start seated, hold hands and leeeeean back. Actually it’s more of a roll back, but you get the idea! Keep your heels on the ground, abs in tight, then press your weight above your head. Reverse the movement to come back and go again. Don’t forget to switch sides at some point.

Partner Workout: Dancing Lunges with Jenny Milkowski

Women’s Weight Loss Coach and Fitness Expert Stephanie Mansour partners with TV personality Jenny Milkowski to show you another fun way to ramp up your lunges. Definitely put on some tunes for this one, you’re about to get jiggy with it!

So lunges are already pretty awesome for your cardiovascular system, but when you add a workout partner you can get even more out of this staple exercise. These Irish Jig style lunges will work your entire lower body like none other. Prepare yourself for an order of that good glute burn with a side of quads and ham!

Partner Workout: Tricep Toe Touches with Jenny Milkowski

Biceps tend to steal the exercise spotlight most of the time, but what about the muscles that run the length of the back of your arms? Tightening up those triceps is equally important when it comes to the overall appearance of your lady guns! That’s why Weight Loss Coach Stephanie Mansour and TV Personality Jenny Milkowski are here to show you and your best bud how to get tank top ready together!

Roll out your exercise mats cause we’re staying low to the ground with these tricep toe touches!

Begin seated, knees bent, feet on the ground with your partner mirroring you.

Now place your palms on the ground behind you with your fingertips pointing toward your glutes. Keep your abs in tight as you press your bum up and off the floor.

From here you can perform a few triceps dips on your own to warm-up.

When you and your partner are ready you’re going to lift one leg off the ground each, touch the soles of your feet together, and then proceed to dip down and back up.

That’s one rep! Try to do at least five on one side before switching legs.

You’ll feel the burn pretty instantly; have fun with it!

Partner Core Workout: Oblique Sculpting with Jenny Milkowski

Weight Loss Coach and Fitness Expert Stephanie Mansour and TV Personality Jenny Milkowski know that a friend can make a tough workout way more manageable. Today they’ve got an ab-sculpting move to show you that will light your obliques on fire!

Don’t be fooled by the seemingly comfy starting position down on your forearms, this core move is one tough cookie. Or rather muffin…cause it targets that common “problem” area: the muffin top! Try these out next time you have a gym date with your bestie and thank us later!

Exercise is only half the equation when it comes to killer abs though, so remember to feed yourself well too. Check out my recipe book if you need a little more guidance in the kitchen!

Partner Workout: Cardio Squats with Jenny Milkowski

Squats just got more awesome! Weight Loss Coach Stephanie Mansour and TV Personality Jenny Milkowski show you how to blast more calories by adding some cardio into your squat workout. Grab your favorite workout partner and get ready to sweat!

Here we go! Like I tell all my private weight loss clients–if you’ve hit a plateau in your weight loss goals and aren’t getting the results you want, try adding in more strength training! But if you’re already strength training, why not add more cardio to your fitness routine? Heck yeah!

Jenny Milkowksi and I keep it fun with our easy partner workouts. These cardio squats will have you feeling the burn and loving it. This squat exercise will help you tone your legs and burn fat in your lower body. Sounds great, right? Totally.

Cardio squats with Jenny Milkowski

This Fun Partner Workout Is The Best Exercise For Toned Legs

I’m back with my favorite fitness partner, Jenny Milkowski! My private weight loss clients love strong, sleek, and toned thighs and so do we! That’s why we teamed up to bring you this awesome partner workout–a leg exercise that strengthens those glutes, too!

Partner Side Lunge Workout

To do this side lunge, grab a medicine ball between your hands and start with your feet together. Next, step your left foot out to the left. Bend the left knee while keeping the right leg straight.

Now, sit back into your left glute and then press off your left heel to come back to center while lifting your left knee up to balance on the center leg. Pass the medicine ball to your partner.

Do 5-10 reps and then switch sides with your partner to work the other leg!

This move requires balance, but it is really fun especially with a partner!

This is one of the best leg exercises for women because it works all of the muscles in the legs. This leg exercise works the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and even the stability muscles and tendons of the lower leg.
