Doing exercises from a plank position are a fantastic exercise to work your entire core section.
The plank position helps to switch up your exercise routine and benefit more from the exercises. Doing a plank is a great way to tighten and tone your entire midsection. To get the most out of your exercise, it’s important to do the plank from the proper position as well as imagine there is a glass of water on your back that you can’t spill. Imagining this helps you to remember that your back needs to be flat and to make slow but intentional movements.
