I recommend using resistance bands for many of my private weight loss clients because of how easy they are to use! Unlike most workout equipment, these bands are fool proof. No matter how you use it you’ll be adding some form of extra resistance to a muscle in your body! I also recommend them because of how easy it is to shove them in a suitcase, carry on, or even purse when you’re on the go. Besides being portable, a resistance band is awesome because you can incorporate them into most exercises easily. One of my favorite ways to use them is to do exercises with them while I’m watching tv at night to burn a few extra calories before bed!
