When designing this yoga sequence I wanted to create a routine that could be done in bed in your pajamas. Even these simple luxuries can help you to put your mind at ease. One thing I keep reminding my private weight loss clients of is the power of breathing. Powerful breaths are used in yoga to calm your mind as well as reduce anxiety. Both of these factors make breathing an essential part of your nightly routine to help you get in the headspace for sleeping.
