Toning your arms isn’t as difficult as you may think. It also doesn’t take hour-long workouts every day for months to see results… in fact, even just five minutes a day will lead you to see some serious results in a couple of months. One common misconception when it comes to toning your arms is that the heavier weight you use with dumbbells, the faster you’ll tone your arms. In all actuality, I recommend using 5-pound dumbbells for best results and not go above dumbbells that are 8 pounds.

Exercises To Tone Your Abs & Arms At The Same Time (As Seen In NBC News BETTER)

While it may seem like a long way away, spring is quickly approaching. Along with warmer weather, spring also brings outfits that don’t conceal as much as winter clothing. Toning your abs and arms doesn’t have to involve complex workouts that you need a gym for. Some of the best exercises that can tone your abs and arms at the same time don’t even involve gym equipment. Not having to go to the gym means you’re able to do the workouts in the convenience of your own home – or even from a hotel room while you’re traveling. These exercises also don’t have to be done every day to see results – I actually recommend that you do them every other day.

The Best Way To Tone Your Arms With A Cable Machine (As Seen in the Chicago Sun Times)

For many of my private weight loss clients, achieving the look of toned arms is very important. Whether they want to look great in dresses or even just work on their strength, the cable machine is a great option. 

While using a cable machine may seem overwhelming at first, you’ll quickly find that it’s a great option for a variety of reasons. For my clients who want to work on the appearance of their arms, I always recommend the cable machine because of how easily they will be able to tone their arms. While a resistance band is also a great option, the cable machine is able to help the resistance will stay within the movement of the exercise.
