If you’re like many of my private weight loss clients, mornings are a hectic time. Whether you’re on a timeline to get your children to school or making that 8 am meeting – everyone can agree mornings fly by and don’t leave you with enough time.
One of the last things on your mind during your morning routine may be fitness, but it doesn’t have to be this way. Many of the basic tasks on your morning to do lists can be modified to squeeze in a workout or meditation. These mini-workouts are the perfect way to squeeze a little health and wellness into your morning routine. For example, maybe you don’t have enough time to do a breathing exercise but you most likely have the time to focus on your breathing while you drink your morning coffee.
