When you travel you assume you’re going to wreck your fitness plans, but this isn’t always the case! In reality, you don’t even need a gym to squeeze in a workout while you’re in a hotel room. I created a workout for my column ‘Exercise Well with Stephanie Mansour’ that could be done entirely on bath towel if you’re traveling! This workout is based around the principle of keeping your body in motion for 15 minutes a day as well as getting a great night of sleep.
