I have taken this time of quarantine to really focus on my private weight loss clients and design workouts that are beneficial to them! One topic that is consistently being brought up is quick workouts that can reduce stress while also making an impact on your body.
One of the most important things I shared with her is to consider that you need to ditch your ‘all or nothing’ mindset. Don’t entirely skip your workout if you only have 10 minutes – that doesn’t help you in the long run! Try a quick workout that you can do during this time frame.
During this IGTV video Karina from The Karina Method joined me for a quick 10-minute workout that can help you find your zen. This workout can be particularly impactful for you because it is a ‘moving meditation’ – you’ll be relieving stress while also exercising. If you’re going to do this workout, make sure to really focus on the breathing! That is the best way to make sure you’re getting the most out of your time and your workout.
