Working out outdoors can be one of the most relaxing and cost effective methods of weight loss, but some climates make taking your workout outdoors impossible. The downside to this is that many areas have temperatures that make working out everyday outdoors impossible.

There are a variety of factors that make trying to make yourself go the gym and leave your cozy home difficult… If my private weight loss clients present me with this issue, I always recommend they purchase some basic workout equipment to use in their homes. Equipment like kettle balls and resistance bands make it so you can have your own gym in your living rom which will encourage you to stick to your workouts! Another fantastic way to ensure you’re getting in your workouts is to participate in activities that you enjoy. If you enjoy the activity, you’re more likely to make the time for it. Depending on your location, a gym or local YMCA may offer indoor volleyball or tennis to help you burn calories.
