If you’re looking to tone up your body in a relatively quick timeline, your best option would be to incorperate strength training into your workouts. Strength training doesn’t always have to be lifting weights, which is why I developed an equipment free strength training workout regimen.
Incorporating strength training has many benefits such as improving bone density as well as lean muscle mass. This is why strength training is a very essential part of helping to develop a full body workout. Strength training workouts are increasingly popular because of the way they are able to quickly burn calories while also giving you mental benefits. Typically, it is recommended that you incorporate strength training into your workout regimen at least two times a week. When working with my private weight loss clients on their fitness journey, I recommend that they do strength training a few times a week. This means they will be toning their muscles and be receiving benefits that will help them in their day to day movements.
