Starting a health and wellness journey during a quarantine may seem like the worst time – but there are a ton of online resources you can use! These online resources are perfect for anyone looking to start on a wellness journey but are specifically targeted to those who have just had a baby. 

One of my personal recommendations to anyone looking to get back into a fitness routine after having a baby is to use P.Volve. It’s an awesome low impact program and is very budget friendly since it offers monthly memberships. One of the best parts is that it can even been done from your phone! 

Another favorite online workout program that is great for working out postpartum is Tone It Up.  This program was actually developed and filmed by a postpartum mom! They also offer nutrition plans to help you get back into healthy eating after having a baby. 

If you love to dance, Body By Simone is the program you need to try! This program focuses on dancing to get your heart beat up and even danced while she was pregnant. It also incorporates other gym equipment you may have around the house!
