One thing I tell my private weight loss clients is to sit down and make a reasonable and realistic plan. I have them grab a notebook or notepad and physically write this plan out. I also advise them to set goals that are attainable and to take it easy on themselves. Getting back to their pre-pandemic fitness level may take a little bit of work and won’t be able to be done overnight. Once you get back into a routine, you will become more comfortable with yourself as you settle into a routine. It’s also important to remember to celebrate the goals you achieve along the way!
