There are a variety of ways to tone your arms from home, some of which being using soup cans or bottles of water as weights. As long as an item is within 3 – 8 pounds, it can be used as a great weight. If you don’t want to go to the trouble of finding items to do that with, however, there is another option! 

I’ve been recommending my private weight loss clients approach arm workouts a little differently lately… I’m having them use a wall for their arm workouts! This has many benefits, one of which being how accessible walls are! There are a variety of exercises you can do on walls to help tone your arms, some exercises are more suitable for beginners and some are slightly more elevated and can help you step up your arm workouts.
