The Importance Of Packing Your Gym Bag During Quarantine (As Seen In Succesible Life) 

Even though gyms aren’t open, I’m strongly encouraging my private weight loss clients to still pack their gym bags! When you pack your gym bag, you’re forming habits. It also helps your mind to compartmentalize what you’re doing. Even if you’re working out in your living room, having the gym bag with your items in it is a great way to prepare yourself for when life returns to normal.

As a health and wellness coach, I’m always asked what exactly goes inside of my gym bag. While it may not be as interesting as everyone thinks it may be, my gym bag does have a list of core essentials I can’t leave home without! These are my tried and true items that have helped me to get out of a pinch in various situations. 

One of the items I love to pack in my gym bag are healthy snacks! Having snacks on hand is the perfect way to make sure you don’t snack on things you may find lying around the office or your home that may put you off track of your fitness journey. Plus, you can make sure you always have your favorite snack on hand in case you need it!
