TODAY SHOW: How to debloat after Thanksgiving

We all feel a little guilty after indulging in our favorite foods on Thanksgiving. The average amount of calories an American consumes on Thanksgiving is around 4500. You’ve probably guessed it, but that means it’s normal to feel bloated. And there are simple and easy ways to debloat. 

I offer a quick workout with little to no equipment needed that will help you debloat after the big meal. In just 20 minutes, this workout will help improve your circulation and digestion. Just grab a pair of athletic shoes, and you’re on your way to feeling better!
