Many more people are using resistance bands during workouts because they are easy to travel with and convenient to use. Resistance bands are widely used in a variety of workouts and can be utilized to work out different muscles. There are also a couple of different types of resistance bands that can be used to work out different core muscles.

I offer many different exercises using resistance bands that you can incorporate into your daily workout routine. To work out your lower body, you can do standing side taps, standing glute kickbacks, squat jacks, etc. To work out the upper body, you can use the longer resistance bands to do bicep curls and even overhead presses!
