Treadmill Workouts for Beginners (As Seen in the Chicago Sun Times)

If you’re a beginner to exercising in a gym, you may find yourself to be intimidated by all of the equipment. It’s important to remember that everyone – including fitness professionals – started somewhere! 

This is a concept I always find myself stressing to my private weight loss clients. Even if you have experience in the gym, it’s always beneficial to go back to the basics to make sure your technique is correct. When you spend time working on your form, you’ll end up helping your body in the long run. If you’re a beginner, I would recommend starting out on the treadmill. Even though it can seem like an intimidating piece of gym equipment, it is a great way to acclimate yourself to exercising at the gym.
