Using A Broom For A Full-Body At-Home Workout (As Seen On The Today Show) 

While you may feel that using a broom gives you a workout, there are other ways to use a broom to give your body a great workout. I created a workout that turns this common household essential into the ultimate tool to give yourself a full-body workout!

If you don’t have a broom, other similar household items will work perfectly fine for this workout. A mop or even a Swifter Mop will work the same way. If you’re going to use a Swifter, you may way to take out the part with the liquid in it – if it leaks it may make a mess on your floor. 

I love this workout I created that uses a broom for a full-body workout because it helps to challenge the core as well as encourages you to use proper form. Not only will you be getting a full-body workout, you’ll also be helping to improve your posture. With the transition to working from home, finding a way to stretch and encourage good posture is essential!
