One of the most popular questions I get asked is how to achieve the perfect bubble butt. One most common misconceptions is that squats alone can build a well rounded butt, when in reality you should use a glute routine. 

Using various exercises to help tone your glutes and give you a more well rounded butt helps you to strengthen all the muscles in your glutes. Even if your goal isn’t just to help the appearance of your butt, toning the glutes can lead to you burning muscle mass as well as improving your posture.
