I was hoping to lose some weight and develop better eating habits. Steph's weight loss program is great. I have lost 16 pounds. My eating habits are better and I feel better about myself. I have more energy. I have been exercising with this program and doing a lot of walking. I know that I could do better but I am taking baby steps with this program. I take it one day at a time and Steph lets you know that if you do slip up it isn't the end of the world. I recommend this program because it is not your typical weight loss program. You have a big support group with all the ladies, and Stephanie is a great encourager . Once you sign up, you will have access to this program for life!
Funny how I have led myself to believe that you have to workout for hours to see results. It gives me hope! This makes me feel good. In addition, I have really enjoyed the Turbo Arms as well!
I want to at least be able to shoe one body part in the warm months (arms) and be proud!!!

I became more aware of why I was eating, and felt better overall in my body. I had more energy and lost about 8 lbs! The approach is so kind and positive. There was a lot of great information about nutrition and overall women’s well-being. Stephanie was available to answer questions and be our biggest cheerleader. The other women in the group are supportive and friendly, too.
