I was hoping to lose some weight and develop better eating habits.  Steph’s weight loss program is great.  I have lost 16 pounds.  My eating habits are better and I feel better about myself.  I have more energy.  I have been exercising with this program and doing a lot of walking.  I know that I could do better but I am taking baby steps with this program. I take it one day at a time and Steph lets you know that if you do slip up it isn’t the end of the world.  I recommend this program because it is not your typical weight loss program.  You have a big support group with all the ladies, and Stephanie is a great encourager . I wanted to lose weight that wouldn’t budge with menopause. I was feeling discouraged and unhappy, so I joined Steph’s weight loss program. I quickly saw improvements in how I felt emotionally. I became more aware of why I was eating, and felt better overall in my body. I had more energy and lost about 8 lbs! The approach is so kind and positive. There was a lot of great information about nutrition and overall women’s well-being. Stephanie was available to answer questions and be our biggest cheerleader. The other women in the group are supportive and friendly, too.

I’ve lost 32.5 lbs thanks to Steph’s group weight loss program! My doctor was in shock of my weight loss, asked how I did it, then said how much he approved of all of the methods. Steph is awesome, and I truly have more energy than I’ve ever had before

When I started the program I had just gone to the doctor and I weighed 160.5 pounds. I had recently fallen in a snow drift and realized my strength was nil and hardly made it out of the drift. Very scary! I knew I had to do something… and there Steph was on the Today Show! I quickly signed up for her programs. I am now 128 pounds! Never would I think that this would happen. I would have been happy with losing 10 pounds!!!

Through the 12 week program I learned so many skills. I learned not to pressure myself, not to give up! She talked with us about the “whys of eating.” Taught us about what was important about eating healthy foods and exercise. Everything she shared made me look at myself, not compare me to others or judge myself for my choices. It empowered me!

When I went to my doctor’s appointment, he was in shock of my weight loss. He asked me many questions about how I did it. He approved of the methods since they were healthy ones and not drastic. Great to hear that from my doctor!!! Plus my check up went well!

My NSV (non-scale victories) are numerous. Of course my recipes and shopping lists have changed. I am incorporating fresh herbs and more veggies and creating new versions of old recipe favorites. And who can forget the elimination of 5 party bags of Cheetos each week that has been a huge budget savings!!! (LOL) I am wearing cute clothes that were in the back of the closet that no longer fit. I have more energy and find myself looking to do more activities. I want to walk each day and feel cheated if I don’t give myself that opportunity. After retiring from teaching this was what I needed to get me off the couch!

I found a wonderful support system that are truly friends. We text and call each other to check in with each other. An unexpected gift.

Steph’s positivity is contagious. When I taught, my class was called Awesomeville. We were a secret village where each student was challenged with finding their awesomeness. I think she has the grown up version of that!

Just wanted to share that I really do like the Signature 30-Mintue Workout. I always feel tighter the next day. It’s so effective.

Funny how I hav eled myself to believe that you hae to workout for hours to see results. It gives me hope! This makes me feel good. In addition, I have really enjoyed the Turbo Arms as well!

I want to at least be able to soe one body part in the warm months (arms) and be proud!!!

The Weight Loss Program is life-changing. Regardless of where you are in your life, this program will meet you there. Some of us are our own worst enemy. Well, I am no more. I’m really learning my self-worth and in a non-selfish way, putting myself first. I am able to work on my mindset and/or work out anytime I want. 

Hint: Steph’s Weight Loss Program is what got me here. I was a positive person, to begin with, but now I see how much more positive I can be or am. I love it. This is great. I am 66 & did not exercise for several years and wasn’t ready to diet. Then I joined the 12 week program. As I have mentioned in the Zoom meetings, I do not feel cravings which blow me away because I love bread, pasta & sweets. I have lost 13 lbs, slowly but surely. My legs & core look much better. 

I love this program & am encouraged by the progress. I also appreciate you, your knowledge & the fact that you are a “normal” person. I am so, so happy you include the spiritual pillar, as well as emotional. Your calming meditations and asking why and setting the intention of why I wanted to do this (to take health seriously) have helped me with my mindset more than anything which shows me it is possible to stay focused even though things aren’t always perfect. I feel like with this program I’ve had an anchor to go back to to ground me in how to care for myself when life felt like life was a storm. 
 
So I may not be in the online bonus zooms in real-time but I am following along with everything as best I can and wanted you to know how appreciative I am for your enthusiasm, genuine care and most of all your ability to help us get in touch with our feminine, feeling energy instead of having to march perfectly to some horrible regimented, structured drill. Yuck!  That’s why dieting doesn’t work as you well know.
